Payment Informations:

The deposit of 25% should be paid to our account within 5 days of reservation. The second payment of 25% must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks before arrival you pay directly 50% of the total amount, the balance will be paid upon arrival. As well as deposits ( which will be returned upon departure).
 

Extra expenses:

final cleaning:   90.00 € to be paid upon arrival
Electricity:   50.00 € per week upon arrival
During the wintermonths of November, December, January and February and March there is an extra of 50,00 €.
